Cattle are Born and Raised on our Farm
deGraan Farms cattle are born and raised on our farm. We know everything that goes into our cattle because they do not come from outside farms. We have a very strict herd health program on deGraan Farms. This starts with vaccinating the mother cows to pass immunity to their calves. We Care About our Animals
Our passion is our animals. Bobby graduated from Berry College in 2000 with a degree in Animal Science with a focus on veterinary science and worked on a cattle farm since he was young. Should problems occur in our cattle, Bobby is well trained in taking care of it as soon as possible. His education is used in keeping our animals healthy and in top production starting with genetics, herd health, and forage production. Cattle Raised in a Low Stress Environment
Our cattle are raised in a low stress environment on deGraan Farms. They are raised on the natural forages the cattle were meant to eat without supplemental hormones that promote growth. This in turn causes less illness in the herds so we do not have to use sub-therapeutic antibiotics to keep our cattle healthy.
